Sadsbury Commons Shopping Center

In November 2023, Pro Signs was selected by the Provco Group to design, manufacture, and install two large multi-tenant pylon signs for the new Sadsbury Commons shopping center in Parkesburg, PA. Production began in February 2024, and the installation was completed on-schedule in July 2024. These pylon signs, standing over 30 feet tall with their stone veneer bases, are among the largest in the Parkesburg area.

One of the most notable aspects of this project was the unique challenge of installing one of the signs on a hill, directly below a large retaining wall and sandwiched between underground stormwater features. This collaborative effort required careful planning, problem-solving, and sound execution. Along with trusted partners, we were able to tackle the obstacles head-on, resulting in the successful installation of two striking and impactful signs that stand as a testament to our team’s determination and expertise.
