In this position, you will remove, install, and repair commercial signage, such as building signs, vinyl graphics, and other sign structures for businesses and organizations. If you are mechanically inclined, have experience working with various building signs, do not fear heights, and have a desire to be a part of a growing team, this may be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of building signs, vinyl graphics, and sign structures for businesses and organizations.
• Signage installation on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Ensure the measurement, placement, connection, and installation of signage is precise to assigned standards.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to the client’s location.
• Service and repair signage.
• Remove old signage.
• Clear debris and other materials after completion of the project.

Candidate Requirements:

• Two years experience as a sign installer or similar position.
• Electrical, Welding, other mechanical experience helpful.
• Attention to detail and precision is a must.
• Requires outside work year round.
• Strong organizational and ability to read install drawings for specs.
• Hardworking and reliable.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Tree work or related bucket truck experience helpful as you’ll need a comfort level with heights.
• On-Site and ongoing training.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company based near Philadelphia, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Project Manager to our team.

As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. As a Project Manager for Pro Signs, you will be managing multiple branding/signage projects from the initial sale through production, installation, and close-out. You will communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding both products and services. A Pro Signs Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing all milestones throughout the entire lifespan of assigned projects, while consistently communicating with the clients, and the Department Director.

You will coordinate the status of projects through the appropriate departments including Design, Permitting, Engineering, Estimating and Installation. The Project Manager also serves as the interface with subcontracted installers, vendors and service providers to ensure projects are completed and installed as planned.

Applicant must be experienced in Project Management, customer service, and overseeing multiple projects and or clients at one time.

JOB SKILLS

• Capable of managing a room via in person, conference and, or web calls
• Ability to analyze costs and improve overall profit
• Proficiency in Windows/MS Office, Word and Excel

• Possesses a minimum of two-year’s construction, customer service and/or project management experience.
• Experience in the signage and branding industry.
• Experience in coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems.
• Able to build solid “partner” relationships with both customers and subcontractors on behalf of Pro Signs Company
• Business to Business Sales a plus.

As a Project Manager Assistant for Pro Signs, your primary job responsibility will be to assist in developing and achieving the company in operations, sales, and profitability goals.  As such, you will play a vital role in developing and executing the company’s Annual and Long-Term Plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Working through all facets of CRM system such as creating new projects, design & quote requests, shipping logistics, sales Order and schedule management, processing work orders, etc.
• Managing project specific information via spread sheets, internal CRM and or client portal software.
• Organization of files and all project related documents.
• Working with permit procurement, design, and engineering.
• Finish work including completion of closeout items at project end.
• Delivering submittals and tasks on special projects as needed.

Pro Signs, a national leader and full-service signage manufacturer located in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance & Equipment Mechanic.

In this position, you will be tasked with inspecting, diagnosing and repairing faulty shop equipment, trucks and company wide maintenance issues. You will be asked to handle spur of the moment mechanical issues as well as support preventative maintenance practices. You will also be asked to report and track all maintenance and services that are being performed.

If you are mechanically inclined, have experience working shop equipment, forklifts, commercial vehicles (Boom trucks, cranes, trailers, flatbeds), engines, motors, electrical components, and have a general all around mechanical ability this may be the position for you!

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience in fleet and/or equipment maintenance
• Experience with forklifts and Industrial machinery.
• Experience with commercial vehicles. (Bucket Trucks, Cranes, etc.) a plus.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be motivated to work.
• Must have technical / basic computer skills (Office, outlook, word , excel).
