Pro Signs, a national leader and full-service signage manufacturer located in Downingtown, PA, is seeking Sign Installers.

In this position, you will remove, install, and repair commercial signage, such as building signs, vinyl graphics, and other sign structures for businesses and organizations. If you are mechanically inclined, have experience working with various building signs, do not fear heights, and have a desire to be a part of a growing team, this may be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of building signs, vinyl graphics, and sign structures for businesses and organizations.
• Signage installation on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Ensure the measurement, placement, connection, and installation of signage is precise to assigned standards.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to the client’s location.
• Service and repair signage.
• Remove old signage.
• Clear debris and other materials after completion of the project.

Candidate Requirements:

• Two years experience as a sign installer or similar position.
• Electrical, Welding, other mechanical experience helpful.
• Attention to detail and precision is a must.
• Requires outside work year round.
• Strong organizational and ability to read install drawings for specs.
• Hardworking and reliable.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Tree work or related bucket truck experience helpful as you’ll need a comfort level with heights.
• On-Site and ongoing training.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company based near Philadelphia, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Project Manager to our team.

As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. As a Project Manager for Pro Signs, you will be managing multiple branding/signage projects from the initial sale through production, installation, and close-out. You will communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding both products and services. A Pro Signs Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing all milestones throughout the entire lifespan of assigned projects, while consistently communicating with the clients, and the Department Director.

You will coordinate the status of projects through the appropriate departments including Design, Permitting, Engineering, Estimating and Installation. The Project Manager also serves as the interface with subcontracted installers, vendors and service providers to ensure projects are completed and installed as planned.

Applicant must be experienced in Project Management, customer service, and overseeing multiple projects and or clients at one time.

JOB SKILLS

• Capable of managing a room via in person, conference and, or web calls
• Ability to analyze costs and improve overall profit
• Proficiency in Windows/MS Office, Word and Excel
• KeyedInSign and/or other Project Management Software experience a plus!

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

• Possesses a minimum of two-year’s construction, customer service and/or project management experience.
• Experience in the signage and branding industry.
• Experience in coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems.
• Able to build solid “partner” relationships with both customers and subcontractors on behalf of Pro Signs Company
• Business to Business Sales a plus.

• Licencia de conducir válida.

As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. As a Dispatch Coordinator for Pro Signs, you will be managing the install calendar by scheduling install jobs, crews and trucks. This is an hourly position, full-time and in office, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Dispatch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling of Install Jobs, crews, and Trucks
• Coordinating One Call’s, excavations, and inspections.
• Scheduling Hotel Stays using company profile
• Sourcing rental equipment, cranes, scissor lifts etc..
• Ensuring Jobs are ready & materials are present for the following day scopes of work.
• Inspecting Trucks and vehicles for cleanliness and ensuring Trucks are stocked.
• Assist in controlling installation inventories
• Customer relations and communication
• Tracking, gaining approval, and invoicing service calls and extras
• Manage EZ pass, WEX account, Vehicle Registrations, and DOT Status
• Manage IFTA Fuel logs, report IFTA information
• Managing Job Costing – Material & Labor reports

Qualifications:

• Must be computer proficient.
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills
• Must be highly organized.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in Dispatch / Office / Project Management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction / Signage preferred.
